Here’s what I know to be true: You can look like you’ve got it all together and still feel lost inside. I know because I lived it. For years, I poured into everyone else—family, business, faith—while quietly abandoning myself. I was the dependable one, the strong one, the successful one. But behind the scenes? I was burnt out, spiritually disconnected, and running on fumes.

The turning point came in 2018, when I passed out unexpectedly and was diagnosed with Endometriosis. That moment forced me to pause and see the ways I’d been pushing past my pain—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. But change didn’t come overnight. I kept performing strength while unraveling on the inside.

In 2019, I traveled to Kenya hoping to fix a breaking relationship—but instead, I found myself. Somewhere between the heartbreak and the honesty, I realized I had been waiting for someone else to choose me. But healing started the moment I chose myself.

That journey cracked me wide open. I began the deep inner work I had guided others through for years—honoring my own story, confronting patterns of self-abandonment, and reclaiming my voice. It led me back to my purpose: helping other Black women do the same.

With a Master’s in Education and over a decade of coaching experience, I now guide high-achieving women who feel like they’ve done everything but prioritize themselves. Through spiritual insight and strategy, I help them break free from burnout and build lives aligned with their deepest desires.
